What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Renewal call on 13 May 2025 with the Managing Director, Operations Director and Finance Manager. They chose to stay on Starter at £20k despite a dip in active users after a placements team member left. Agreement to follow.
What happened: Daniel Okafor ran the renewal call on 13 May 2025, with Nell Ashcombe joining from BG-Demo. Anthony Garrow, Managing Director, Jade Kenwright and Sue Ditchfield, Finance Manager, attended for Garrow Lusk.
Customer view: Jade explained the dip in active users by the departure of the placements team member who drove it. The new person is asking questions too, but not as many yet.
Commercial: Growth was described as roughly double the Starter cost. The customer chose Starter at £20k for the year starting twenty-second of June, and Anthony said Agreed.
Watch: Nell and Daniel each described themselves as sending the agreement, so ownership should be confirmed. Jade tied any move to Growth to how the new team member settles in.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Send the Starter renewal agreement to Sue Ditchfield the week after the 13 May 2025 call.

Risks

- Both Nell Ashcombe and Daniel Okafor named themselves as sending the agreement, so ownership of the paperwork is unclear.
Opportunities

- Growth offers forty users, eight connectors, dashboards and quarterly QBRs if the team grows.
Transcript
- Daniel OkaforHi all, thanks for joining. So this is the renewal conversation for Garrow Lusk. We're coming to the end of your first year with us, and I wanted to walk through where things stand and what the next term looks like.
- Nell AshcombeAfternoon, everyone. I'm Nell, I run BG-Demo. Just wanted to say thanks for being such a great partner this past year.
- Anthony GarrowThanks, Nell. So where do we stand?
- Daniel OkaforRight. So you signed up on Starter in June: that's your search, chat, and pages on four connectors. Nineteen thousand five hundred a year. Looking at your usage, you've built search habits and you're getting value from having client and placement data in one place. There's been some movement in active users, we're seeing a dip this quarter compared to the last, but overall the adoption pattern is solid.
- Jade KenwrightThe dip is because the placements team member who was really driving it moved on a few months back. We're getting new people up to speed, but yeah, there's been a bit of a drop.
- Nell AshcombeThat makes sense. Key-person risk is real. Is the new person settling in?
- Jade KenwrightYeah, they are. They're asking questions too, just not as many yet.
- Daniel OkaforGood. So for renewal, you can stay on Starter at nineteen thousand five hundred, same terms as now. Annual, paid in advance, thirty days' notice at renewal. Or if you think you might grow users or want access to the dashboards builder, we could talk about Growth.
- Anthony GarrowWhat's the difference in price?
- Daniel OkaforGrowth is significantly more expensive, roughly double the Starter cost. You get forty users, eight connectors, dashboards, and quarterly QBRs instead of check-ins. For now, Starter still seems right for you.
- Sue DitchfieldThat makes sense. We're not there yet.
- Jade KenwrightOnce we've got the new team member fully trained, we'll know better. Let's stick with Starter for now.
- Anthony GarrowAgreed.
- Nell AshcombeRight. So Starter at nineteen thousand five hundred for the year starting twenty-second of June. Sue, I'll send you a renewal agreement next week, and we'll aim to get that signed by end of May so you're all set.
- Sue DitchfieldThat works for us.
- Daniel OkaforBrilliant. So my action is to send over the agreement, and then we'll have the usual handoff to keep supporting you. Anything else anyone wants to cover?
- Anthony GarrowNo, I think we're good.
- Nell AshcombeCheers, all. Speak soon.
