- The evidence does not show who signs or whether finance has seen the £25,500 figure.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Jade asked about adding connectors later, which points to a Growth upgrade or a connector add-on after the first term.
- Compliance and renewals audit use of search gives a value case for the renewals team.
Transcript
- Lewis KerrGood morning, everyone. Thanks for joining. Jade, Luke, this is Hannah from our technical team, she's going to walk you through how the brain works with your data.
- Hannah LoweMorning. Right, so what I'm going to do is show you the interface on some demo data that's set up like your CRM and email would look. Then you can see how you'd actually query it. Sound good?
- Jade RileyYep, let's see it.
- Hannah LoweOkay. So here's the home screen. On the left you've got your main navigation. The brain has three main ways to find things: pages: those are saved reports: chat, which is natural language, and search. For a broker, the pages are usually the big wins because you can set up your renewals dashboard, your pipeline, that sort of thing. Let me show you the renewal page we've built for a similar client.
- Hannah LoweSo this is pulling data from their CRM and their email history. It's showing you every client, their renewal date, how many times they've been contacted, and whether it's overdue. To be precise, this is updating nightly once all your data has synced through from your systems.
- Luke AllottHow often does it update?
- Hannah LoweThe short answer is every night. The longer answer is that we run a full refresh by 07:00 in your local time zone on business days. So your teams see fresh data every morning. You can do manual refreshes during the day if you need to, but most customers find the overnight schedule works well.
- Jade RileyOkay. And if we build our own pages, how easy is it?
- Hannah LoweThat's the dashboards builder. So you've got a visual builder: drag and drop, really: and you can build anything you want: charts, tables, summaries. Most of it, teams learn by doing. We run a training session as part of implementation.
- Lewis KerrAnd that's built into the Starter package, the onboarding and training.
- Hannah LoweYes. Now let me show you the chat. This is where you can ask natural language questions. So Jade, imagine you wanted to know: 'Show me all clients with outstanding renewals in March and April.' You'd just type that.
- Hannah LoweAnd it'll search across your email, your CRM, your calls, everything that's connected. Here's what it returned: twelve clients, their contact details, the last touch date, and a count of how many recent interactions. You can drill down on any of them.
- Luke AllottAnd this is all our actual data? Or is this demo data?
- Hannah LoweThis is demo data right now. During implementation, you'd connect your systems: your Salesforce or HubSpot, your Microsoft 365, and we'd do a test load. You'd see your real data in a sandbox first before we go live. That way you can check that the connectors are pulling the right stuff.
- Jade RileyHow long is that process?
- Hannah LoweConnector testing usually takes a week. If you've got something unusual in your systems, might be two weeks. We'll work with you to get it right. The implementation timeline is four weeks total: so weeks one and two are setup and connector design, weeks three and four are testing and go-live.
- Lewis KerrAnd you've got Hannah and our onboarding team through that whole process.
- Hannah LoweRight. Plus you get a named contact for support during implementation, that's usually me or one of my colleagues. Any questions about the connectors, the schema, how to interpret the data, we're there. Let me show you the search as well.
- Hannah LoweSearch is just a text search across all your indexed data. So if a client rings up and says 'I spoke to you last Tuesday,' you search for their name and date, and you get every email, call, CRM note, everything connected to them.
- Luke AllottThat would save us a ton of time, actually. We spend a lot of time hunting through email.
- Hannah LoweThat's what we hear. And for compliance, you mentioned that earlier, Jade, search actually gives you a complete audit trail. When something happened, who touched it, what the email said.
- Jade RileyThat's helpful for renewals audits.
- Hannah LoweExactly. So to recap: you get the pages, which are your main business views; chat, for ad hoc questions; search, for audit and detail. All of that runs on your data, which lives in your Snowflake account. We don't see it, we can't touch it, the connectors are under your control.
- Lewis KerrAnd the Starter tier that we talked about includes up to four connectors. For you, that'd be CRM, email, calls if you record them, and probably one more. Does that sound like it covers what you need?
- Jade RileyI think so. We could add more later if we needed to?
- Lewis KerrYes. Connectors are an add-on after the first term. We can always expand you into Growth if you want more, that's eight connectors, but let's not run ahead of ourselves.
- Luke AllottHow many people would be using it in a team like ours?
- Hannah LoweStarter gives you fifteen users. Most of your relationship managers, plus your operations team, plus a couple from finance. We typically find the heaviest users are the ones solving the fragmentation problem, your renewals team, client service folks.
- Jade RileyOkay. And what about security? How do you integrate with our systems without, you know, needing access to our passwords?
- Hannah LoweGood question. The connectors use API authentication, OAuth where the system supports it, API keys where it doesn't. You generate the keys or grant the OAuth scope, and that's what the connector uses. We never store your login credentials. And everything is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Lewis KerrSo you're in control of the connector keys, if you ever want to revoke access, you just disable the key.
- Hannah LoweRight. And we can support SSO if you ever need it, though that's part of our Growth tier. For Starter, you'd use username and password, or we can integrate with your directory if you want, that's typically the add-on route.
- Jade RileyI think we've got a good sense of it now. What's the next step?
- Lewis KerrBrilliant. So I'll prepare a formal proposal with the numbers. Based on what Hannah's shown you, we're looking at £25,500 for the first year, that's the subscription plus implementation.
- Lewis KerrIf that looks good, we'd move into a formal order form phase. I'd work with your finance team on any contract terms, and then we'd move into implementation with Hannah.
- Luke AllottAnd the timeline?
- Lewis KerrWe'd aim to start implementation in April, be live by end of April or early May depending on when you sign. Four weeks from kickoff to going live.
- Hannah LoweI'll send you a summary of what we covered today: the feature list, the architecture, the security model, so you've got it in writing.
- Lewis KerrAnd I'll send the proposal over by end of week. Any questions before we wrap?
- Jade RileyNo, I think that's really helpful. Thanks, Hannah.
- Hannah LoweThanks, Jade. Cheers all.
- Lewis KerrCheers. I'll send that over and we'll catch up next week. Speak soon.
