Transcript
- Tom AshdownHi Claire, how are you? Can you hear me okay?
- Claire ChevalierYes, coming through fine, thanks Tom.
- Tom AshdownGood. So you're in kitchenware retail, is that right? Stores and online?
- Claire ChevalierYes, that's us. We've got stores across France and a pretty active e-commerce side. Growing business.
- Tom AshdownNice. What does your customer data setup look like at the moment?
- Claire ChevalierWe're using HubSpot for CRM, and we've got customer service calls and emails coming in. Like most companies, the challenge is it's all separate. When someone calls in with a question or a complaint, the agent is pulling information from a few different places.
- Tom AshdownRight, classic problem. How many people would be working with that data?
- Claire ChevalierOur customer service team is about 15 people. Then we've got a couple of people in operations and marketing who would benefit from the insight too.
- Tom AshdownOkay. So what we do is build a brain: a single queryable data layer on top of HubSpot, calls, emails, your other systems. Sits in your own Snowflake account. Your team stops jumping between systems and just asks questions.
- Claire ChevalierAnd it's cloud-based, the brain?
- Tom AshdownYeah, it runs in Snowflake, which is cloud. You've probably heard of it. Most retail companies are using it by now.
- Claire ChevalierI think we might have someone looking at it. Okay. So what would be involved in getting this set up?
- Tom AshdownFor a business your size, eight weeks of implementation. We'd connect HubSpot, your calls, emails, maybe one or two other systems. Set up a couple of dashboards, train your team, and away you go.
- Claire ChevalierEight weeks is reasonable for us. And the cost?
- Tom AshdownImplementation is £12,000. Then the annual subscription is £44,000 for our Growth tier. You get 40 users, eight connectors: so HubSpot, calls, emails and five others, plus the ability to build dashboards. Quarterly check-ins with us as well.
- Claire ChevalierForty users, is that a hard limit?
- Tom AshdownSoft. If you grow and need more, we can add extra user packs. The eight connectors are the hard cap though.
- Claire ChevalierGot it. And you do quarterly check-ins, so you're looking at the adoption and making sure we're getting value?
- Tom AshdownThat's right. We'd look at questions asked, active users, what's working, what else you want to build. Make sure you're seeing a return.
- Claire ChevalierOkay. This sounds like something we should explore. What's the next step?
- Tom AshdownLet's do a proper demo. I'll show you what it looks like with HubSpot and your call data wired in. Then we can talk through a proposal and see if it fits.
- Claire ChevalierWhen could you do that?
- Tom AshdownNext couple of weeks. Let me get something in the diary and I'll send you details. Sound good?
- Claire ChevalierYeah, that works for us. Send me over the details and I'll get it on my calendar.
- Tom AshdownLeave that with me. I'll get something sent over today. Cheers, Claire.
- Claire ChevalierThanks, Tom. Speak soon.
