Transcript
- Jordan PikeDanielle, thanks for jumping on. Quick call, I've got the proposal ready, wanted to walk you through it before I send it over formally.
- Danielle ButlerGreat. I've talked to finance. They want to understand the scope and the payment terms.
- Jordan PikePerfect. So here's what we're proposing. Growth plan for you, that's sixty-two thousand for year one all-in, paid upfront annually. That covers everything, the subscription and implementation.
- Danielle ButlerAnd that's eight weeks of work?
- Jordan PikeYeah. Eight weeks of connectors, security review, your team onboarding. Once we've signed, the clock starts and we're aiming to go live in May.
- Danielle ButlerEnd of May?
- Jordan PikeIdeally mid-May. We'll know more precisely once we kick off, but eight weeks is the target.
- Danielle ButlerOkay. And then year two, does that renew?
- Jordan PikeYear two, you'd have the option to renew or change tiers. But year-over-year the subscription is lower than year one because you don't pay the implementation fee again. Nothing renews unless you sign off.
- Danielle ButlerHow many users and connectors are we getting?
- Jordan PikeForty users and eight connectors. So you can roll it out across revenue ops, sales leadership, deal management, whoever you want. Eight connectors means you can plug Salesforce, calls, email, Slack, all the systems you'd want in the brain.
- Danielle ButlerCan we add more connectors later?
- Jordan PikeYeah. If you need extra connectors beyond the eight, that's an add-on. We can discuss the cost if you know you're going to need more, or you can add them as you go.
- Danielle ButlerWhat if we need more users?
- Jordan PikeSame thing. Forty's included. If you hit fifty users, you'd add that as an add-on.
- Danielle ButlerAnd the sixty-two thousand, is that fixed or does it change?
- Jordan PikeThat's fixed for year one. Sixty-two all-in. Year two onwards, you'd renew at a lower tier price, but there's no implementation fee the second year.
- Danielle ButlerOkay. I'll walk finance through this. What are the terms we're signing?
- Jordan PikeStandard BG-Demo terms under our MSA. Annual subscription, quarterly if you prefer. Payment upfront. Thirty days to cancel at renewal, so you're never locked in after year one. And we've got a ninety-nine point five percent uptime SLA on the Growth plan.
- Danielle ButlerWhat does the ninety-nine point five percent mean in practice?
- Jordan PikeIt means the brain is available to use ninety-nine point five percent of the time. In a year, that's about four and a half hours of downtime. If we slip below that, you get service credits on your invoice.
- Danielle ButlerOkay. And the data freshness, what's the guarantee there?
- Jordan PikeData refreshes every night, complete by seven in the morning your time. On Growth it's availability that's covered by the SLA. If you notice freshness issues you'd let us know and we'd fix it.
- Danielle ButlerIs there anything in the proposal that feels like a blocker to you, anything you think finance is going to push back on?
- Jordan PikeThe price is where it lands, right? Sixty-two all-in. I can't move on it much. Happy to talk through the value, what you'll save, where that stacks up against the market, but the price is firm.
- Danielle ButlerI'll loop back to you once I've got feedback. Probably early next week.
- Jordan PikePerfect. I'll get the formal proposal over to you today. You can share it with finance, and then let's hop back on once you've had time to think about it. Sound good?
- Danielle ButlerSounds good. Thanks, Jordan.
- Jordan PikeThanks, Danielle. Speak soon.
