What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Brandon Russell, VP Revenue Operations at a ten-practice physician management company, wants one view across Salesforce, billing and HR data. Jordan Pike quoted Starter and agreed a demo on their own data.
What happened: Jordan Pike ran a discovery call with Brandon, the only customer attendee. Brandon described spreadsheets and manual exports across Salesforce, a separate billing system and scattered HR data.
Customer view: Brandon called the pain a mess and said questions like declining patient volumes take hours, so he usually does not ask them. He called the price reasonable.
Commercial: Jordan quoted Starter at twenty-two thousand a year with fifteen users, plus six thousand implementation, twenty-eight thousand all-in for the first year. Brandon mentioned five to forty users could apply.
Watch: They have no Snowflake account, so it must be set up in implementation. Only one contact has been seen so far and IT is yet to be involved. The stakeholders and buying process are not shown.

Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- A Starter subscription with implementation, with possible growth to Growth if use goes beyond fifteen users.
- Brandon named three data areas, Salesforce, billing and HR, which could lead to further connectors.
Transcript
- Jordan PikeHi Brandon. Thanks for taking the call. How's your week going?
- Brandon RussellGood, busy. Looking forward to hearing what BG-Demo can do for us.
- Jordan PikePerfect. So I'm going to ask you a bunch of questions about your operations, the data you have, and where you're spending time. Then I'll show you a demo on your own data next month. Sound good?
- Brandon RussellYep. Fire away.
- Jordan PikeRight. So you guys are a physician-practice management company. You've got multiple practices across the New York area, yeah?
- Brandon RussellThat's right. We manage about ten practices, different specialties, different sizes.
- Jordan PikeAnd your role is revenue operations, so you're looking at data across all those practices?
- Brandon RussellYes. I'm trying to get a unified view of everything: billing, patient volumes, staffing, financial health. Right now it's a mess. Lots of spreadsheets, lots of manual work.
- Jordan PikeWhere's the data living? CRM? Accounting system? Somewhere else?
- Brandon RussellWe use Salesforce for everything on the customer side: practice contacts, visits, contracts. We've got a separate billing system for revenue. Then there's HR data all over the place.
- Jordan PikeOkay. So if you wanted to answer a question like 'show me practices with declining patient volumes in the last quarter', where would you look?
- Brandon RussellI'd have to pull from Salesforce, export it, join it with something in Excel... it would take me hours. Usually I just don't do it.
- Jordan PikeThat's exactly what the brain does. We'd connect Salesforce and your billing system, and you'd ask that question and get an answer in seconds. No Excel.
- Brandon RussellThat would be helpful. How would it work?
- Jordan PikeWe build connectors to pull your data into your own Snowflake account. You own the data. We manage the queries. You can ask questions in natural language, or build saved dashboards.
- Brandon RussellWe don't have Snowflake.
- Jordan PikeThat's okay. It's easy to set up and it's where the brain runs. It'll be part of the implementation.
- Brandon RussellWho would use it? The whole company?
- Jordan PikeHowever you want. You could start with your team, practice relations, operations. Could be as small as five people or as large as forty, depends on your setup.
- Brandon RussellAnd what does it cost?
- Jordan PikeSo I'll send you some pricing info, but to give you a ballpark, we have a starter plan at twenty-two thousand a year, which includes fifteen users. There's also growth and enterprise if you need more.
- Brandon RussellTwenty-two thousand a year plus implementation?
- Jordan PikeRight. Implementation is six thousand for starter. So twenty-eight thousand, all-in, first year.
- Brandon RussellAnd then next year?
- Jordan PikeJust the subscription, twenty-two thousand. No implementation fee on renewal.
- Brandon RussellThat's reasonable. What's next?
- Jordan PikeI'll send you a data checklist, what we'll need from you to build the demo. Then we'll set up a call in a couple of weeks with you and a few others to see it in action on your actual data.
- Brandon RussellThat works. I'll get that checklist to IT to prepare.
- Jordan PikePerfect. I'll send it over by end of day. Cheers, Brandon.
