What happened: Sarah Hollis, Operations Director, said the brain was quieter, with only one or two people still touching it. She linked it to Priti, a regular user, moving into sales just before Christmas.
Customer view: Sarah thinks the new person has not been trained properly, and Neil only showed them a bit. She agreed that a walkthrough would help and gave no sign of dissatisfaction with the product itself.
Commercial: This is a champion-loss risk to adoption and so to the subscription at renewal. The evidence does not show the tier, the contract terms or a renewal date.
Watch: Training depends on Sarah coming back to Daniel, and no date was set. Usage should be checked after the session.

Sarah HollisHi Daniel. Honestly, it's a bit quieter than it was. People seem to have stopped using it as much.- Daniel OkaforQuieter in what way? Are people using it less or have they stopped altogether?
- Sarah HollisLess, I'd say. At the end of last year we had a few people using it regularly. Now it feels like just one or two are still touching it. I'm not quite sure why.
- Daniel OkaforThat's interesting. Did anything change on your side around the turn of the year? Anyone left, restructure, anything like that?
- Sarah HollisActually, now you mention it, we had a couple of people move to different roles just before Christmas. Priti moved into sales and we brought someone new in who's still finding their feet.
- Daniel OkaforThat might be it. Priti was one of your power users, wasn't she?
- Sarah HollisYeah, she was. That's probably it, actually. She was really into it. The new person might not have been trained properly.

- Daniel OkaforI'd suggest doing that. It might get things moving again. You've lost a champion with Priti moving, so the new person doesn't know what they're missing. If we run through it with them they might start using it. Would that help?
